Born and raised in Frostburg, have always lived in Allegany County. Graduated from Bishop Walsh H.S. and Frostburg State College. Taught school in Garrett County before becoming an agent. Second generation State Farm Agent my Dad James F Delaney was an agent starting in the mid 1950's.. with my Mom , Mildred being his only staff, as he also was employed at ABL full time. I learned from both of them the importance of treating people the way i want to be treated..! I have been an agent for over 40 years serving Allegany and Garrett Counties as well as now being able to offer insurance in West Virginia and Pennsylvania. I am married.. and have 2 great sons and one beautiful granddaughter who also live in the Frostburg area.
